This is the third time I’ve taken my vehicle to Christian brothers and I can’t recommend them enough! The staff is so kind, the prices are great, and the work is amazing and thoroughly executed. I tell everyone I know to bring their cars here! I won’t go to another shop again, they are amazing!

I had Christian Brothers Automotive perform engine work on my vehicle a little over two years ago, including replacing the valve cover gasket set. Recently, another mechanic noticed what appeared to be a leaking gasket, so I contacted Christian Brothers to ask about coverage under their Nice Difference Warranty. From the first phone call, they were professional and helpful. They scheduled an appointment, inspected the vehicle, confirmed the issue, and honored their warranty without any hassle. The original repair had been completed more than two years ago and approximately 31,000 miles earlier, but they still stood behind their work and made things right. In today's world, it's refreshing to find a business that truly backs its repairs and treats customers fairly. Their willingness to honor the warranty, diagnose the problem, and complete the repair at no cost to me speaks volumes about their integrity and commitment to customer service. I was happy with their work the first time, and this experience reinforced my recommendation of Christian Brothers Automotive to anyone looking for a trustworthy repair shop.

I brought my car in for an electrical diagnostic, and they hit me with a massive laundry list of upsells (including an $8,000 crankcase leak) that totaled more than the vehicle’s worth. They must work off a commission. As someone who is incredibly diligent with preventive maintenance, I knew their claims didn't add up and declined the work. The pickup process was a complete disaster. First, they lost my key, forcing me to wait while they scrambled to find it. Once I finally got into my car, I noticed dashboard cover plates left scattered on the passenger floorboard. That immediate red flag prompted me to check the rest of the vehicle before driving off. When I popped the hood, I discovered they had left one of the radiator hoses completely disconnected. They had bent the hose back on itself to get it out of the way while working, but they completely forgot to reinstall it and the radiator cap. Driving away like that could have easily destroyed my engine. Losing my keys, tearing up my interior, and leaving a cooling system disconnected is severe mechanical negligence. Completely careless and untrustworthy. Avoid this shop.

I drove from Wisconsin specifically to have CBA perform a pre-purchase inspection (car dealer was in Independence MO), and I'm so glad I did. They spent a full hour conducting a thorough, detailed inspection and uncovered several items in need of repair, most notably that the rack and pinion steering required replacement. On a $60,000+ vehicle, that's a significant finding that could have cost me dearly down the road. Their inspection gave me exactly what I needed to negotiate confidently and make a well-informed decision. It genuinely saved me from walking into an expensive surprise. On top of the quality work, the team is incredibly friendly and made the whole process easy. They kept me updated every step of the way via text, email, and phone, great communication throughout. Highly recommend CBA to anyone considering a pre-purchase inspection. Worth every penny.

Being out of town with car trouble is a horrible experience. I called Christian Brother’s and they were so good to talk with and were able to get my car in that day. I had a diagnosis and an estimate in my email by the next morning. They were able to finish the work in a timely manner even though I did not have an appointment. I am very grateful they were able to get my car up and going quickly.
